Delivery

All postage costs are for dispatch within the UK. Sales going abroad will incur extra costs which will be requested following your purchase.

Within the UK, items will be sent by either Royal Mail special delivery or Parcel Force 48 hour delivery for high value goods or by Royal Mail standard delivery for low value goods.

If a cheaper delivery service is required, we will be happy to refund partial postage upon request.

Returns and Refund Policy

We will accept instruments if returned in new condition with accessories (straps, cases, etc.) not unpacked.

Refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, but we reserve the right to retain the cost of postage and packaging.

This offer can only be taken if we are advised within three days of receipt of goods and with goods returned to us no later than ten days from receipt.
