We carry out many repairs on our own premises. Common repairs might be re-collimating binoculars after a knock has mis-aligned them or re-bushing a tripod mount on a telescope.

We also carry many spare parts for tripods and will fit these while you wait, when possible.

Increasingly, instruments have to be returned to the importer/manufacturer when specialist parts are needed or warranty can be invoked or would be infringed if work were carried out at our premises.

We will offer the service of despatching goods but costs may be incurred and will be charged as appropriate.
