We are a leading optical and ornithological centre.

Our showrooms are set in our own nature reserve, which includes a large pool in front of the optical showroom with feeding stations to attract a wide variety of birds.

Our species list is expanding all the time and includes some rarities.

Woodland and open wildflower meadow areas are also present to attract other species. Due to the elevated position of our site, we are on many migration routes.

The ‘Willow’ Ornithology Centre can equip you completely for all of your outdoor and country needs: head to toe protection against the elements, books for pleasure and education on natural history subjects, bird food and feeders to bring the birds to you and to support them in difficult times.

You will see things differently when you visit us here on our reserve. We have a policy of: NO PRESSURE – JUST PLEASURE, take your time, relax and see what your chosen product can really do. We carry one of the largest ranges of optical instruments in the United Kingdom and customers visit us from all over the world to buy from us.
